Consultation cancellation
For a separately agreed paid consultation, seminar or training service, contact help@goodimc.in with the booking or invoice reference. The written service agreement should identify applicable cancellation terms.
Refund eligibility
Eligibility depends on the agreed engagement, work completed, disclosed nonrecoverable expenses and applicable law. Services not performed may qualify for an appropriate refund. Statutory remedies for deficient or undelivered services remain unaffected.
Refund processing
Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be initiated through the original payment method where supported. Actual processing and settlement timelines depend on the payment provider and bank, and will be communicated for the relevant transaction.
Franchise company transactions
Payments made directly to a franchise, distribution or product company are subject to the contracting company's applicable refund, cancellation, return and grievance procedures. This independent consulting website cannot override or promise refunds for third-party transactions.
