Delivery channels
Engagements may be delivered through online meetings, telephone, email, digital documents or in-person sessions where separately agreed.
Timelines
The engagement confirmation specifies any agreed date, duration, schedule, milestone and deliverable. Website enquiries alone do not guarantee an immediate booking.
Physical products
goodimc.in does not currently dispatch physical products. Product fulfilment, shipping, exchanges and warranty obligations belong to the actual selling merchant.
